What you will be doing
Own and lead product efforts for two (or more) of our products.
Formulate a compelling product vision by balancing business objectives, user needs, and feasibility considerations, and translate it into a detailed, actionable, and goal-oriented product roadmap.
Lead all user research efforts (e.g., in-app surveys, user interviews, etc.) and conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
Leverage no-code product analytics to derive data-driven product hypotheses and evaluate the performance of product initiatives.
Execute basic UI design tasks, and guide UI Designers with all necessary UX-related details for more advanced or complex design requirements.
Proactively collaborate with software engineers to ensure both sides are fully aligned and set up for success.
Think creatively to identify high-impact opportunities for our products, both within and beyond the traditional product scope.
What you bring
2-4 years of full-time experience in Product Management.
Experience in UX with a foundational understanding of UI design.
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g., big tech, scale-ups, or startups).
Advanced product intuition paired with a strong passion for consumer tech products.
Basic business acumen with an understanding of key drivers of profitability and how to measure it.
Ability to process, synthesize, and triangulate information from diverse sources and formats.
Ability to solve problems in a logical, structured, and creative way.
Strong drive to achieve results, with the ability to prioritize efforts effectively.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluency in English.
